Our instructors are highly qualified personnel and all of them are certified through the official certificate of the Tunnel Instructor Organization. A Fun Flyer (inexperienced person) flight session lasts around 60 seconds.
If you book a package that contains 2 flights, you will have 2 sessions in the cabin with your instructor, lasting 60 seconds each.
The Madrid Fly experience for any Fun Flyer takes approximately 2 hours, from the time you enter to the time you leave our facilities.

Yes, Madrid Fly has permanent video equipment installed around the flight camera that will capture high quality images and videos that will be available to you to view after your flight.
Videos and photos are not included in the flight price, unless otherwise specified.

-The price for each photo in digital format of €5.
-The price for each printed photo is €10.
Once you have lived the experience you can ask your instructor to provide you with the photos and the video and pay for it at our facilities.

General Questions and Reservations
A wind tunnel is an air machine that, through the force of several motors, generates a column of air that makes it possible for anyone to float inside the flight chamber. Visit this page for more information.
We always recommend booking the flights you want to do before coming to the tunnel. Flight time is on a first-come, first-served basis, which means those with a reservation made in advance will be served first.
At Madrid Fly we offer various packages for first-time flyers or FUN FLYERS, which usually includes:

Escape Room
Fox in a Box is a live themed escape game where participants must interact with the elements of the room to solve puzzles, find clues and complete a mission in a maximum of 45 or 75 minutes, depending on the game.

In our room, The Legacy of Mr. Fox, the sessions are public, so you will play with other people who come at the same time until the capacity is full. On the other hand, if you do not want to share your session, you can reserve the room exclusively to live the experience by yourself.

If you want the children to play alone, they must reserve the room exclusively with the Children’s Exclusivity package. It is very important that you arrive at the exact time of your game.
